Our Policies


We understand that life happens.  Perhaps you've changed your mind, the Minister of Finance has spoken, or your plans have been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Whilst under the Australian Consumer Law we are not obliged to provide a refund under these circumstances, as a gesture of good will we are happy to refund your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.  This is provided the product is returned to us in its original condition. A reasonable fee will apply to cover Credit Card, e-commerce fees (if this was your method of payment), handling, shipping and administration costs.

Product packages which have been opened may incur an additional charge to cover re-testing and/or refurbishment.

Products that have been installed are not covered by this policy.
